Ultraviolet protective finishing fabric

UV protective finishing fabric treated by our UV protective agent SCJ-966 ,it consists of UV absorbers and reflectors. The former can absorb the high-energy UV rays and convert them to low thermal energy or short-wave electromagnetic waves. Therefore the absorbers diminish the hazard of UV rays to humans and fabrics. The reflectors can enhance the reflecting and scattering powers of fabric against UV rays. The agent features asepsis, incombustibility, non-explosion, is safe to the human body as well as incurring no impact on shade, strength, handling and permeability of fabrics.
Testing carried out by Australia Test Unit and several authoritative organizations proves that UV protective fabric can effectively shield UV radiation, and provide good absorption of UV rays in the range of 180-400 nm, especially to the UVA and UVB. The UPF of cotton fabric (JC40X40 110X90) treated by SCJ-966 can be reached up to UPF50+,, after 40 washes ,it still can be up to50+
